Eng. Dr. Mostafa Mohamed Kamel: An Expert Combining Smart Grid Engineering and Carbon Footprint Sustainability
A researcher and specialist in sustainable energy engineering and electrical smart grids, bridging academic knowledge and practical expertise in carbon footprint assessment and energy management.
A researcher and specialist in sustainable energy engineering and electrical smart grids, bridging academic knowledge and practical expertise in organizational carbon footprint assessment and energy management strategies. He holds a Master of Science in Electrical Smart Grid Engineering with an "Excellent" grade from the College of Engineering & Technology at the Arab Academy for Science, Technology & Maritime Transport (AASTMT). His thesis focused on mechanisms for reducing greenhouse gas emissions and developing energy efficiency strategies across higher educational institutes.
He holds a certified professional practice license as a "Carbon Footprint Auditor" issued by the National Quality Institute (NQI) under the Ministry of Industry, and is a certified trainer (TOT) in carbon footprint programs in collaboration with Mansoura University. His scope of expertise and interests includes the implementation of international standards for emissions accounting and management (ISO 14064, ISO 14067, ISO 17029), as well as developing sustainable environmental solutions to drive the green transition and achieve carbon neutrality across academic and industrial sectors.
